Neighborhood Navigator is a database of support by zip code, including free and reduced-cost health services.
The American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) publishes the website as part of its Everyone Project.
Tips for use:
– Enter a zip code and select Health from the header, then select Addiction & Recovery, Dental Care, End-of-Life Care, Health Education, Help Pay for Healthcare, Medical Care, Mental Health Care, Sexual and Reproductive Health, or Vision Care.
– Additional categories include Food, Housing, Goods, Transit, Money, Care, Work and Legal.
– After entering a zip code, click on the arrow next to “English” on the upper right to choose from dozens of languages.
