Information consists of HIPAA for Individuals (discussing rights under HIPAA, how to submit a complaint if HIPAA rights are violated, disclosure of mental and behavioral health information and FAQs) and HIPAA for Professionals (including a searchable database of FAQs and Special Topics involving HIPAA such as COVID-19, reproductive health, telehealth, student health records and mental health and substance use disorders).
